Yes, of course. We want to provide anyone around the globe access. If you live on Turks and Caicos or Hawai let us know, we might deliver it personally;).

Shipping Costs Switzerland
Shipping is free for all orders in Switzerland. Delivered time is 2-5 working days.
Please note that orders with a value of less than 180 CHF will be sent by post and therefore without a tracking number. 

Shipping Costs Germany
Shipping costs are 7.00 CHF and delivered time is 6-8 working days.
Shipping is free for orders above 200 CHF.

Shipping Costs Rest of Europe
Shipping costs are 13.00 CHF and delivered time is 6-8 working days.
Shipping is free for orders above 300 CHF.

Shipping Costs Rest of World
Shipping costs are 25.00 CHF and delivered time is 6-8 working days.
Shipping is free for orders above 300 CHF.

No additional charges apply to the US, this is super great.

How can I return my order?
We are only accepting returns, if we were contacted with this form! If we were not contacted by this form, we can't provide you cash back. Only a credit.

Who covers the return costs?
We're thrilled that you decided you want to try one of our bikinis at home. As a small label, we only have a limited amount of stock and returns come with costs & effort for us. Therefore we unfortunately can't cover fo them.

Can I exchange my order?
As a small brand, we unfortuntely can't handle exchnges. Merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment according to our return plice. You can then place a new order.

What if my order is incorrect?
Of course we help you out. Please contact us so we can solve the issue. Please make sure to attach pictures.

Return policy

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date, and return shipments must arrive within 30 days to be accepted. All returns must be packaged in a soft envelope or pack. We suggest saving and using the envelope you receive your order in.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in their original conditions. Please try them on with underwear and try to also include the original box, this helps preserving our environment. Upon receipt of returned goods, tiasandolives.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.

We are only accepting returns, if we were contacted with this form! As a small brand, we need to be able to handle & keep track of our returns. If we were not contacted by this form, we can't provide you cash back. Only a store credit.

We recommend that customers outside of Switzerland contact contact@tiasandolives.com before returning goods to avoid complications with customs and high return shipping costs.

The right of return is excluded for the following products: Items from special promotions (e.g. sale, final sale, special sales) and Items with the note “this item can not be returned”.

If the above products are defective, incomplete or in poor condition, they can be returned. In this case, Tías & Olives will endeavor to provide a replacement of equal value. If this is not possible, the money already paid will be refunded.

Return costs

Tias & Olives does not cover the fees for return shipping. As a small brand, we only have a small amount of each color and style in stock. Returns come with a lot of work and cost for us. To be able to offer returns in the future, we ask you to shop wisely.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Merchandise may be returned for a refund to the original form of payment in accordance with our returns policies. You can then place a new order.

Final Sale
All sales of Gift cards, e-gift certificates, and items marked as Final Sale are final. Final sale items can not be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

Refund
We only refund the price of the product, not the shipping costs or any additional donations. The amount of the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Pre order
All pre orders will be charged at the time you place your order. Estimated ship date will be on the product page of the pre order item. Any items additional items purchased that are currently in stock will be shipped separately and immediately. No additional shipping charges will be due.

Price adjustments
A one-time price adjustment from the original selling price will be issued within 14 days after the date of original purchase. Flash Sales and One-Day Sales are only eligible for price adjustments if the purchase was made within 24 hours of the sale.
